1.This is a Zomato Gift card issued by their banking partner and would be accepted on the account section on the Zomato App to add money to Zomato wallet powered by their banking partner.
2.The person who has the Zomato Gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.The Zomato Gift card can be combined with promotional codes and with other payment options.
4.The Zomato Gift card cannot be used to purchase any thing else on the app.
5.The Zomato Gift card cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash.

7.Once the amount is loaded to Zomato Wallet powered by their banking partner, the amount cannot be expired. The balance in the Zomato Account shall be deducted when the User makes purchases on the Zomato Platform.
8.The amount in Zomato Wallet powered by their banking partner can only be used on food orders and dining on the Platform.
9.The amount cannot be taken out/transferred from Zomato Wallet powered by their banking partner.
10.Once the Zomato Gift card is received, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or requested for a refund, Users may request the revalidation of the expired Zomato Gift card. Upon receipt of such a request, the Gift Voucher may be revalidated after due verification and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
11.The Zomato Gift card can be used on multiple transactions. The amount covers taxes, packing charges, delivery fee.
12.For users having the Zomato Gift card powered by their banking partner account already activated the amount will be uploaded in the wallet once these Zomato Voucher Codes are redeemed by the end user in the Zomato app.
13.Users not having the Zomato Wallet powered by their banking partner account need to login to the Zomato app and create the Zomato account to use these Zomato Voucher Codes.
14.Users will need to perform a onetime verification before utilizing the Zomato Wallet powered by their banking partner by filling the KYC (Know Your Customer details), if not already done.

- Download/update the latest Zomato app. Login on the Zomato app and go to your profile
- Scroll down and tap on ?claim gift card? under ?Credits and gift cards? section.
- Enter 16 digit gift card code and PIN to claim your gift card. Claimed gift card amount will be added to your Zomato credits balance. The balance then can be used to place order or to make dining payments on the Zomato app.
- GV/GC can be accepted only on the Zomato App.
- You can use Zomato Credits to make partial payments. The amount will first get deducted from Zomato Credits (Credits expiring first will be used first) followed by Edition Wallet balance. Any remaining amount can be paid using a payment method of your choice.
